Export Management Coaching Initiative for Small and Medium Enterprises: Success Stories

Проект Ready4Trade Центральная Азия направлен на поддержку развития внутрирегиональной и международной торговли в пяти странах Центральной Азии. Поставленная цель будет достигнута за счет повышения прозрачности международных требований, устранения нормативных и процедурных барьеров, усиления бизнес-возможностей по соблюдению торговых формальностей и стандартов, а также за счет улучшения трансграничной электронной торговли. Проект финансируется Европейским Союзом и реализуется Международным торговым центром (МТЦ) в тесном сотрудничестве с национальными партнерами.

Цель этого мероприятия – обсудить методологию ИКУЭ с нашим институциональным партнером и участниками программы, учесть уроки, извлеченные из коучинговых миссий, проведённых с момента начала программы в 2021 года. У участников также будет возможность сформулировать свои наблюдения и рекомендации относительно дальнейшего развития и усовершенствования Инициативы по коучингу по управлению экспортом в Республике Казахстан./

The Ready4Trade Central Asia project aims to support the development of intra-regional and international trade in five Central Asian countries. This will be done by enhancing the transparency of cross-border requirements, removing regulatory and procedural barriers, strengthening business capability to comply with trade formalities and standards, as well as by improving cross-border e-commerce. The project is financed by the European Union and implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC), in close collaboration with national partners 

The purpose of this Midterm event is to present the methodology of the EMCI to our key local partners and to reflect on the first lessons learnt from the delivery of coaching missions to Kazakhstani SMEs since January 2021. The participants will also have an opportunity to articulate their observations and recommendations with regard to the development of the Export Management Coaching Initiative in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Due to recent quarantine measures in the city of Almaty, the event will be conducted in a hybrid format, with moderators physically present and participating SMEs attending the event online.
