When you have a business, you can be tempted to focus on the "big picture": your product, your operations, or your business plan. However, you shouldn't forget about the smaller, daily interactions you have to take care of, such as with the customers you interact with every single day.

In this course, we will introduce some important pointers, tips and tricks that you will be able to use to ensure that you will always appear professional to your customers, and that you will be able to handle customer requests in the most satisfactory way possible - both for you and for them!

We will also look at selling from the customer's point of view: how can you make sure that you have something to sell that customers actually want? All of this will bring us to the final section of this course, in which we will discuss some basic pointers for effective marketing and branding.
