Description of the course

This course presents participants with opportunities and challenges to engage in a business transaction (B2B) e-commerce. The course begins by explaining the different reasons a company might choose to start selling online, before moving on to compare the different channels they could use to do so. Finally, the course concludes with a look at digital marketing and website optimization, with the aim of providing participants with the tools to make e-commerce operations for business transactions as efficient as possible.

After this training course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand what e-commerce is for business transactions;
  • Understand the different options available to you to open an e-commerce channel for business transactions; And the
  • Define a range of digital marketing tactics for your e-commerce project.
