Do your business activities create positive social and environmental impact? If you have clicked on this course, they most likely do. This course will introduce you to the best practices in measuring your social impact, including by creating an impact value chain. We will assist you in devising your own 3-step Impact Management Plan, enabling you to assess your progress towards impact-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Once this course is completed, you will have taken the necessary steps towards fully capturing all aspects of your business's social impact and a path forward to ensure your continued improvement.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

Create your own Impact Value Chain (also knows as the Theory of Change);
Define your start-up's social impact key performance indicators (KPIs)
