Powered by the Ye! Community, this training seamlessly aligns with the Youth Day '23 Webinar Series on Green Skills for Youth Ecopreneurs. We'll introduce you to the basics of climate change, its causes, and effects, and explore why it is essential for enterprises to address them. Together, we'll discover the Climate Expert Approach, developed by GIZ, which helps you identify climate impacts and their effects on your business. We'll also support you in developing a business case for climate adaptation measures. By the end of this course, you will have learned how to formulate your company's climate resilience strategy and create an associated communication plan. But that's not all – we'll also introduce you to the topic of green finance, enabling you to identify adequate sources of funding for implementing climate adaptation measures. This course has a time commitment of 6 hours spread over 4 weeks, is completely free of charge, and upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate.
